By its acquisition of Orascom Housing in 2020, NCD has taken over the land bank in the 6 of October and in the upper Egypt area, to see Qena Gardens and Haram City reach their fullest potential, as well as kick-starting its latest project Eco West in the heart of 6th October City, with further project expansions.
NCD holds a land bank of 825 acres, with 530 acres already developed, in projects spanning throughout Egypt.

New City Developments (NCD) is a leading developer of fully integrated communities through mixed-use real estate projects across Egypt. Initiating the concept of fully integrated towns in 2007, New City Developments currently holds a land bank of 825 acres on 6th of October, Cairo and in the city of Qena, Upper Egypt, and soon to be all across Egypt.
Our Team
Executive Chairwoman
Manal has led several major market players with more than 35 years of accomplishments across multiple industries. She chaired Orascom Development Egypt for six years, where she achieved a track record of improving sales, operational efficiency and reducing operations and supply chain costs. Dr. Manal also served as a public official for over two decades in various roles.
CEO
Mohamed El Nady brings an extensive 24 years of experience in the construction and real estate developments. He has been involved in mega projects across the Middle East and Europe. This is in addition to his experience with a leading development company in Dubai that played a key role in reshaping the city. He has led the development of iconic landmark projects across the region.
Chief HR & Business Support Officer
Abdel Moneim Elsaid is an HR professional with 23 years of experience bridging the gap between academia and industry. He received his MBA and PhD from Southern Illinois University and provided full fledge HR consulting services to 34 organizations. He also held multiple positions like HR Advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Finance and Chief HR Officer of Orascom.
